Who we are

Startouch One calls itself the #1 Starbucks licensee in South Florida. It runs 13 stores and counting, from Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach and the Florida Keys. The stores are inside hospitals, hotels, malls and transit hubs like Brightline Central Station, so they serve thousands of guests every day. Its motto is "Delivering excellence in every cup." It grows by investing in technology, improving the guest experience and staying close to the communities it serves.

Our sister company, Urbis Real Estate, offers investors complete real estate services. That includes property management, sales, rentals and development across Florida.

Together we're a fast-growing, bilingual team with offices in Aventura, FL and Buenos Aires, Argentina. We're building our finance team now, and this role is a core part of it.

Why this role is different

This isn't bookkeeping for a single company. You'll keep the books for two businesses: high-volume coffee retail and real estate property management. That means daily store sales, rent rolls, owner payouts and vendor payments, all in one seat. You'll learn faster here than in most bookkeeping jobs, and your work will directly shape how leadership sees the business each month.

What you'll do

  • Keep the books moving every day: enter vendor bills, receipts and payments with the correct entity, store or property, and account coding.
  • Follow the money: match daily store sales to bank deposits and card settlements across 13 locations.
  • Run reconciliations: reconcile bank and credit card accounts every week and at month-end. Follow up on anything missing, unmatched or duplicated.
  • Power the month-end close: prepare AP/AR aging reports and schedules, help with payroll entries and reconciliations, and collect 1099 data for our CPA.
  • Keep things audit-ready: maintain vendor records (W-9s, payment details) and well-organized digital files.
You'll report to our Controller.

What you bring

  • 2–4+ years of full-charge or multi-entity bookkeeping experience
  • Solid command of double-entry accounting, AP/AR and bank reconciliations
  • Strong QuickBooks and Excel skills (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot tables), plus Google Workspace
  • High accuracy when handling a large volume of transactions, and you stay calm on recurring deadlines
  • Discretion with confidential financial information
  • Professional English; Spanish is a big plus
Bonus points

  • Experience in restaurant/retail bookkeeping
  • Restaurant365, Bill.com, ADP, or AppFolio
  • Associate degree or coursework in accounting, or a QuickBooks certification
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

U.S. Equal Opportunity Employment Information (Completion is voluntary)

We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

You are being given the opportunity to provide the following information in order to help us comply with federal and state Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action record keeping, reporting, and other legal requirements.

Completion of the form is entirely voluntary. Whatever your decision, it will not be considered in the hiring process or thereafter. Any information that you do provide will be recorded and maintained in a confidential file.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 4/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

A "recently separated veteran" means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran's discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service.

An "active duty wartime or campaign badge veteran" means a veteran who served on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service during a war, or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized under the laws administered by the Department of Defense.

An "Armed forces service medal veteran" means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.
